Abstract: प्रस्तुत अध्ययन आधुनिक परिवेश में कामगारों के मानव अधिकारों एवं उनकी गरिमा से संबंधित मामलों की जांच करता है। इसका प्रमुख उद्देश्य इस बात पर प्रकाश डालना है कि कार्यस्थल पर गरिमा एवं मानव अधिकारों के उल्लंघन का इतिहास अत्यन्त ही प्राचीन है । इस अध्ययन में उद्देश्य की पूर्ति हेतु पूर्व में कार्यस्थल पर हुए मानवीय गरिमा और अधिकारों के उल्लंघन संबंधी प्रकरणों को आधार बनाया गया है।
