A key component of contemporary governance, the complex interactions between the legal and political systems have an impact on the legitimacy and operation of democratic societies all over the world. This study looks at the complex interactions between these two systems and highlights how much of an impact they have on one another and society at large. This work investigates the dynamic dynamics that shape this relationship by means of a thorough investigation of political and legal theory, historical case studies, and modern examples.
