Cyber security and Indo-afghan relationships: A special reference to Modi government

Abstract: In the contemporary period, the problem of Cyber security has come to apply as a growing phenomenon. It produces so many constrain, involving business sector to technological sphere then in our daily way of living. However, the global community are largely being victimized by these problems. The effective measures of states government have often failed to address its growing threat at every sphere of human existence. From a security point of view, terrorism has marshalled the concept of cyber threat with its changing nature. During globalizing phase, no hindrances come to stop the challenges of the governmental portal and intelligence that terrorist used to do in achieving government information and people. This is thus, cautiously think out what measures have taken by ruling Modi government during his two terms in offices. The preventive method also clearly provides a deep concern with a reference to Indo-Afghan and Pakistan security complexity. Hence, this research paper focuses on three important aspects of cyber security. Firstly, as a universal problem, secondly under state responsibility and finding out counter terrorism methods against cyber security in the framework of Indo-Afghan and Pakistan security complexity.
