Abstract: Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar, the chief architect of the Indian Constitution, was a visionary social reformer, economist, and scholar who laid the foundation for administrative reforms in India. His ideas on governance, education, social justice, and economic planning continue to influence contemporary public administration. This research article explores Ambedkar’s contributions to administrative reforms through the lens of education, academics, and research. It also examines their contemporary relevance in shaping India’s governance structures, particularly in the context of affirmative action, inclusive education, and public policy. The study employs a multidisciplinary approach by integrating historical evidence, policy analysis, and contemporary academic research.
