Abstract: श्रम सन्नियमन या श्रम कानून (Labour law या employment law) किसी राज्य द्वारा निर्मित उन कानूनों को कहते हैं जो श्रमिक (कार्मिकों), कों रोजगार प्रदाताओं, ओंट्रेड यूनियनों तथा सरकार के बीच सम्बन्धों को पारिभाषित करतीं हैं।
औद्योगिक सन्नियम का आशय उस विधान से है जो औद्योगिक संस्थानों, उनमें कार्यरत श्रमिकों एवं उद्योगपतियों पर लागू होता है। इसे हम दो भागों में बांट सकते हैं अखिलेश पाण्डेय केंद्रीय इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय उद्योग एवं श्रम सम्बन्धी विधान (Legislation pertaining to Factory and Labour), तथा सामाजिक सुरक्षा सम्बन्धी विधान (Legislation pertaining to Social Security).
