Abstract: भारत में पंचायती राज व्यवस्था के माध्यम से एक मौन लोकतांत्रिक क्रांति हो रही है। ग्रामीण विकेन्द्रीकरण और पंचायती राज संस्थाओं द्वारा भारतीय ग्रामीण संस्थागत परिदृश्य में एक बड़ा परिवर्तन आ रहा है जो अंततः ग्रामीण विकास और गरीबी उन्मूलन के लिए एक बेहतर विकल्प प्रदान कर रहा है। यह भारतीय लोकतंत्र को समावेशी बनाने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण प्रयास है।
